During the COVID pandemic, a large adhesives manufacturer faced significant price increases across their distribution chain. One of their biggest cost drivers? Plywood cargo dividers used in their international shipments.
When Frank learned about the issue, he partnered with Litco’s manufacturing team to create and deliver sample sizes of LITLoad® Cargo Separators – a cost-effective alternative to plywood dividers. He personally drove four hours in a U-Haul to deliver the samples directly to the manufacturer’s shipping warehouse.
Frank later helped coordinate a test shipment to East Asia, which received excellent feedback from the end customer. That successful trial launched an ongoing partnership with Litco that continues today.
At the peak of the pandemic, Frank’s solution saved the adhesives manufacturer an estimated $25,000 per month. Those savings have continued—even after plywood prices stabilized.

Outside of work, Frank loves spending time with his wife of 26 years, Yvonne, and their two dogs—Sawyer (an English Yellow Lab), Dakotah (an English Black Lab). He’s committed to family, growing in his faith, and serving others. A lifelong football fan, Frank is a die-hard supporter of both the Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
