Presswood Export Pallet
Features & Benefits
AN ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE process turns damaged logs, wood waste, and other wood by-products into new molded wooden export pallets. Some customers call them chipboard pallets or particle board pallets-we call them Inca Presswood Export Pallets-simply the best shipping pallet value on the market today.
Ready for Export ISPM15 and EU Import Compliant Pallet - Export-ready Inca Presswood Pallets are accepted for import into Germany, Australia, New Zealand, China and Brazil; as well as many other countries. No additional export treatment* for overseas shipping is necessary because the high heat molded manufacturing process of Inca wood chip export pallets burns out all infestations. Low moisture content of 6% - 9% eliminates product contamination because it does not attract moisture sensing insects and eliminates the need for moisture barrier sheets.
Cost Effective - the Inca Presswood Pallet offers an alternative to conventional wooden and expensive plastic pallets.
Light-Weight and Durable - 60% lighter than conventional, hardwood pallets, Presswood Pallets are durable enough to be reused yet inexpensive enough to be expendable.
Nestable Design - with a space saving ratio of 4-1; these export pallets provide great space savings both in the warehouse and in shipping.
Pallet Dispenser - Inca nested pallets can be dispensed automatically.

*Exporters’ wooden dunnage must comply with Guidelines for Regulating Wood Packaging in International Trade, known as ISPM 15. The regulation, backed by the United Nations, is designed to address the global spread of timber pests and disease by regulating the movement of unprocessed raw timber packaging, pallets and dunnage.
