Half Pallet – 24″ x 40″
Litco’s 24″ x 40″ molded wood, nestable pallets come in two duty ratings; select based upon your intended use. The medium duty Inca molded pallet provides a 1,500-lb. dynamic load capacity and weighs just 15 lbs. Our Extra Heavy Duty pallet carries a 2,500-lb. dynamic load capacity and weigh just 20 lbs.
Inca pallets are export ready and not regulated by ISPM-15 because they considered “processed wood” thus free of insect pests. The “half-pallet” 24″ x 40″ size is easy for your employees to handle and easily reused, disposed of or recycled. They feature a nestable, space-saving design with 4-way entry for hand pallet jacks and lift trucks, most conveyors and select pallet dispensers.
Cost Effective
A great low cost alternative to conventional wooden and plastic pallets Litco’s pallets can be used multiple times, yielding a lower cost per trip. Their light weight make these pallets ideal for all types of domestic and export shipping including shipment by air freight.

Lightweight, Strong and Durable
Up to 60% lighter than conventional hardwood pallets, while maintaining consistent structural integrity, molded wood pallets are comparable in strength and exceed stiffness ratings when compared to conventional GMA style wooden pallets and even stiffer than more expensive plastic pallets. They are durable enough to be reused and inexpensive enough to be expendable making them ideal for return and reuse programs where pallet loss is difficult to manage.
Nestable Space-Saving Design
Save on handling and storage costs with space saving ratio of 4-1 as compared to conventional hard wood construction. Molded wood Inca pallets reduce space and save money and hassles both in your warehouse and in shipping.
Cargo Protection
One piece design with no nails or staples and rounded corners – reduces product and package damage in transit and helps keep your employees and customers from sustaining injuries during handling and in retail settings.
Export Ready
Molded wood pallets are acceptable for export to any country. Importation is not regulated by IPPC-ISPM 15 because they are considered “processed wood.” The high heat manufacturing process eliminates the need for any additional treatments against insects or larval pests.
Environmentally Responsible and Safe
Inca pallets are produced using less overall energy than other pallets using a high heat and pressure process which turns damaged logs, wood waste and other wood by-products into new molded wooden pallets. A sustainable solution, our pallets are Cradle to Cradle CertifiedTM Sustainable by MBDC, which verifies the use of healthy materials and eco-intelligent design.
